We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The hotel's location in the Kim Ma area was perfect for us as it was close to the business district we were visiting. The hotel's service was exceptional, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room amenities provided were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We were also impressed by the free toiletries and the availability of a washing machine and dryer in the room.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The facilities at Riverside Hanoi were excellent, with a beautiful foyer and a cozy bar/lounge area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for staying connected. The Superior room I stayed in was clean, and the bathroom was great. The hotel also had a gym and sauna available to use. The location was convenient, with the old quarter nearby. The staff, led by Mr Vinh, were helpful and ensured that I had everything I needed. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Riverside Hanoi.

Very modern facilities and good breakfast. the hotel rooms were clean and comforting, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The location of the hotel was quite unfavorable. the hotel was not well situated for taking a walk around the area.

Close by restaurants offer a variety of dining options. the room is clean, spacious, and functional, with a decent bathroom. the staff are friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable stay.

Loved my recent city break stay! This boutique hotel was perfect for my needs - great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast were a nice bonus, but the gym and sauna were the best! , enjoyed the peaceful courtyard view from the room.
Only negative was the lack of a nearby convenience store for snacks and drinks, but easily solved with a quick walk to the local shops. a great value for the quality of the stay.
